Top version: Dipstick system DEZIDIPCHECK

For this version, DEZIDATA delivers an electronic dipstick which measures the loading state when leaving the filling station. During the transport, the content of each single compartment is controlled at each longer stop and when reaching the unloading point. In case of deviations, these are stored and printed, if desired. The system is not only able to determine changes in the compartments but also shortages in the loading and unloading lines. By means of an inclination sensor, value deviations because of an inclined position of the tank truck can be taken into account and converted correspondingly. Without considering the inclination there could be, depending on the type of the tank truck, more than 100 litres fuel in the compartments left in spite of an "Empty" information.

Additionally to the shortage monitoring, the quality of the cargo can optionally be monitored via density measurement at loading and during the transport.

The recording of all actions can be done either by the on-board printer or even better by a data exchange via GSM modem with the office computer or by SMS. Naturally, the location of the stipulated change can additionally be stored by a GPS receiver, too.
