Dezilevel

Dezilevel is a system to monitor the measured shortage.

Function:

In each compartment of the trailer an electronic dipstick is installed which measures the filling level over the entire height.

This is a big advantage compared to those sealed parcel delivery systems which detect the filling level in a certain height via sensors. With this kind of sensor, the real level of a compartment filling during loading as well as unloading can't always be determined. This system is therefore suitable to only a limited extent.

The basic equipment of Dezilevel consists of a dipstick per compartment, a wetleg sensor per delivery line and a calculating and recording device.

Functional description:

During loading, all compartment filling levels are measured and these measured values - in consideration of the quantity in the delivery lines - are recorded. On the road, the filling level is constantly controlled. Before unloading, the filling levels in the compartments and delivery lines are measured and recorded again.

The loading and unloading measurements are recorded on a standard SD memory card and can be read out and analysed by a PC.

By controlling the real content from loading to unloading, the laborious monitoring of valves is unnecessary.

Option temperature measurement:

If the temperature of the product changes between loading and unloading, the filling level in the compartment changes. 10°C correspond to a volume change of about 1%. To compensate the deviation, temperature sensors can be installed in the delivery lines.

Option logging:

The logging of all events can be done either by the ticket printer or by a direct data exchange with the office via a GSM module.

Option location via satellite navigation:

With this option, the location of the vehicle during loading and unloading as well as all other planned or unplanned content changes are detected, recorded and journalised.
