There are many reasons why it can be necessary to communicate between office and tank truck. DEZIDATA enables data communication between headquarter and tank trucks via GSM . This makes it possible to transfer tour data and loading plans into the tank truck electronics in a paperless way. The driver can then read or print these information. On the other hand, each transaction on the tank truck can automatically be transferred to the office. Thus, immediately after each action it can be checked in the office e. g. whether the planned loading quantity corresponds to the actual quantity.

If GPS is additionally used, the respective place of transaction can be determined in the loading plan or the place of each quantity change - also of an unplanned change - is recorded and reported to the office. It is also possible to allow the opening of the bottom valves only at determined places controlled by GPS to prevent unauthorised deliveries.

Furthermore, all i. e. also unplanned volume or density changes are automatically recorded and transferred, in case of GPS also the place of these changes.
