DCST

It was the aim of DEZIDATA to realise a complete system for the tank truck. This was achieved by means of the all-electronic complete system DCST: type-approved measurement, prevention of fuel mixing, sealed parcel delivery and communication between office and tank truck. As no mechanical moving parts are used, signs of wear, material fatigue or the like can be excluded. Further advantages compared to conventional measurement systems:

• Gain of weight of several hundred kilogram (= gain of payload)
• Faster delivery possible because of a simultaneous unloading of several compartments and a flow capacity as in case of delivery by gravity (= shorter holding times)

DEZIDIPCHECK

The all-electronic dipstick DEZIDIPCHECK replaces the traditional measuring system in the tank truck. Its advantages are:

• Type-approved quantity determination
• Integral density measurement in the compartment of its whole content
• Temperature compensation for the delivered quantity
• Automatic tank truck flow control

DEZICOP

DEZICOP is used to prevent electronically the fuel mixing during the whole transport. Its advantages:

• Quality assurance system compatible to all existing systems
• Vapour recovery hose monitoring
• Fourfold overfill prevention system
• Product identification and product recognition device, according to EN14116
• Hose monitor
• Grounding controller
• Electronic overfill prevention system

DEZISEAL

Sealed Parcel Delivery is a system that assures that the amount loaded into a compartment at the loading place arrives in its entirety at the delivery point and is completely unloaded there. Its advantages:

• Cost saving, simple and light solution
• Tamper-proof system
• Data storage

DEZITRACK

DEZITRACK is satellite-based (GPS) and thus assures the complete flow of information between office and tank truck (GSM) concerning all loading, transport and unloading events. It also allows, at any time, the reliable localisation of the actual vehicle position. Basically, the system consists of:

• Data communication GSM
• Vehicle localisation GPS
• On-board computer interface (Data format TDL)
• Exact time and position of each event
• Long run storage for several months
• Data readout also via CF memory card
